This is a 2-bedroom luxury apartment with 2 bathrooms, 2 private balconies, and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The apartment is fully furnished, and all amenities are provided, including bed linen, air conditioning, tea, coffee, milk, and some cereals. You’ll also find extra linen, pillows, and blankets in the cupboards for your convenience. The bedrooms and living room are carpeted, ensuring a cozy feel throughout the space.

Both balconies come with outdoor furniture, making them perfect for relaxing with a good view of Derby Street.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. We’re just a 2-minute walk from Nepean Hospital and 1.5 km from Penrith town centre, where you’ll find shops, restaurants, and entertainment.

Parking Information
Reserved Parking: If you have booked the apartment, there is one free parking spot included with your stay. It’s located in the basement parking on Basement 3, and the spot is marked C104. Please take your time to locate it, as it can be a bit tricky.
Street Parking: Parking directly outside the building can be difficult, as it’s often occupied by hospital visitors and is paid parking. However, you can find free parking if you drive 100-200 meters away on the nearby side streets.
Public Transportation
Trains: The nearest station is Kingswood Railway Station, just a short distance away. It offers direct train services to Sydney CBD, Penrith, and other parts of Western Sydney, making it easy to explore the area.

Excellent apartment and was great for noise.

Great apartment but poorly kept Positive: The location and apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a kitchen and laundry were ideal for two friends travelling together. Negative: However, nothing is of the expected standard. The apartment needs professional cleaning, furnishing & upkeep. For example, the kitchen was infested with cockroaches, the beds appeared to have been slept in, the towels used, there is terrible mould in the ensuite bathroom and the carpet is badly stained. Currently it appears to have been furnished and fitted out from op shops; the furniture is old, odd, uncomfortable & unattractive; the towels and bed linen are incomplete sets that don't match with each other. The door from the bedroom to the balcony could not be locked and globes were blown.

The kitchen has everything for home home-cooked meals. Loved that it has 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Has a washing machine and a dryer. I highly recommend this place. I'd stay there again. This was a fabulous find for our recent trip to Nepean Hospital. Very easy and short walk to the apartment, even after a minor procedure. Easy to find and close to plenty of services, shops and Kingswood train station. We felt comfortable and safe, and appreciated the large tv and air conditioning during our stay. Noel was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Great value for money!

Clean but confusing. Positive: Property was lovely, seems freshly renovated. Was great to have cereal and milk already there for kids in the morning. Negative: No tv remote made it hard to navigate. Was unaware until the day before that you need to drive 3 minutes away to a house to retrieve the keys. No direction regarding parking and parking lot is confusing with multiple levels and some spots on each car parking level for each unit block. Only once you're in the unit it has a dymo label on the wall which parking level to go to. Bathroom door latch doesn't come out of door so door cannot be properly closed.
