A number of friends and I were competing at a local sporting event having travelled from Tasmania. This place was perfect. Reji was such a fantastic host, providing us with everything we needed such as cereal, milk, extra heating and a massive TV. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

A great place to stay, we were so happy with it and would recommend it to others. Positive: It’s feels very new and clean and both rooms were big doubles so no arguing on who got which room! Easy to get to and from. Very close to shopping, food places and activities including highways. Chosen for closeness to friends’ houses and that we could have our two medium-sized dogs safe in an enclosed yard. Good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with bath. Two lounge areas. Pool table on back patio was fun. Kitchen/ette was newish and at back of house with another kitchen in middle (no drawers etc - all cutlery etc was in newer kitchenette). Massive smart TV in main lounge and large smart TV at back of house with lounge. All lounge and patio furniture was comfy too. No working clothesline unfortunately but there was a new looking front loading clothes washer and a dryer in the back kitchen/ette. Given shampoo etc which was a surprise (first Airbnb!). Any questions we had were answered promptly by Reji and the caretaker who attended was friendly too. We will definitely book again if we visit Sydney for a prolonged period. Very pleased with assistance, location and facilities.

From the beginning Regi was very helpful and flexible. As we were coming from England, he realised from the beginning that we might need some extra help ,which he gave. Elsi who looks after the house and guests was fantastic. A really lovely lady who who went out of the way to help us. A real bonus for both the guests and Regi. A real 5* lady.

Easy host and great value for money

This was a fabulous find for our recent trip to Nepean Hospital. Very easy and short walk to the apartment, even after a minor procedure. Easy to find and close to plenty of services, shops and Kingswood train station. We felt comfortable and safe, and appreciated the large tv and air conditioning during our stay. Noel was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Great value for money!

We had a comfortable stay at Reji's place. The house was well kept neat and clean. Beautiful interior around the house and amazing garden with lot of fresh grown veggies. The house is less than 10 minutes drive to the kingswood train station to get to the city and 40 minutes drive to the city via till road, and about an hour drive to blue mountains. I would definitely recommend this place for families visiting Sydney.

Clean but confusing. Positive: Property was lovely, seems freshly renovated. Was great to have cereal and milk already there for kids in the morning. Negative: No tv remote made it hard to navigate. Was unaware until the day before that you need to drive 3 minutes away to a house to retrieve the keys. No direction regarding parking and parking lot is confusing with multiple levels and some spots on each car parking level for each unit block. Only once you're in the unit it has a dymo label on the wall which parking level to go to. Bathroom door latch doesn't come out of door so door cannot be properly closed.

All was as described. good place for an overnight on a longer journey.

it was a lovely little private place at the back of the house with private little area & yard. only thing was the wife &: Netflix didn't work only parking on the street that was limited & would be better if there was a path to the gate to the cottage especially when it's wet

Reji has been nothing short of amazing in terms of his professionalism and demeanour. The house was absolutely perfect for our needs with plenty to do. We enjoyed the various activities such as the pool table and table tennis as well as foosball table. There was something for everyone. The space was plentiful and the rooms and bathrooms were spotless. The kitchens were well stocked, neat and tidy. Overall this is definitely a place worth staying at.

I and nine other family members, including 2 children and one baby, came from NZ and Reji's place was kind of our thermometer whether our Oz holiday would be great or not. And Reji didn't disappoint. He was just great. His place just so perfect for my family, most especially for the children. Stefano was also an ever helpful guy and you'll see him around with a smile. There was a bit of a plumbing issue while we were staying but it was resolved immediately. We are sure we are coming back if ever we'll have another opportunity. 5 stars from us, Reji!

My family and I just had a short stay at Reji's place this past week. We had a fun day and a good retreat when we got to the house. The home was clean and easy to get into. We are a family of 6 and it can be hard to find places that fit the whole family. We had ample room for everyone as there where 4 bedrooms. Reji's place was even better than expected and we were treated really well. Between the last residents checkout and our checking there was a bit of a plumbing emergency and although a plummer was on-site Reji made sure it we were comfortable and that the problem was fixed quickly without interrupting our stay. thanks for a good stay Reji hope to stay again.

We were 10 individuals (including 2 children and 1 baby) when we stayed in Reji's place. And it was so perfect for us. We actually went back and booked the place after 3 days of staying somewhere else. We are definitely coming back if ever there will be another time.

The place is great it’s closer to the convinience store and main highway. We are happy that we chose this place to stay when we visited NSW.

Reji is a great host, excellent communication throughout the booking process and for the duration of our stay, and very responsive if I needed anything. The house is neat and tidy and I really appreciated being able to bring my dog and know he was safe in the fully fenced backyard. The kitchen is well stocked with everything I needed and Reji was kind enough to leave some breakfast items which was very thoughtful. This would be a great house for a family to stay in. There is a granny flat behind the house which is accessed by a side passage on the left of the house. It would be helpful if there was lighting or signage to direct people to this separate accommodation as I had people knocking on the door and trying to access the gate to the yard trying to get to the granny flat at night.

The house was great, and all the beds comfortable for the people that we had. It was cold outside, but we appreciated the outdoor area with the extra games we could have played if it was warm enough. Reji was very flexible and communicated with us well about the maintenance person who was there at the house to show us inside when we got there.

Beds are extremely comfy with great pillows. We had to bring our furry friend & arrived early for footy. Reji allowed us to drop her off early in very secure yard & even looked after her needs ❤️ We were able to relax! Perfect for our needs. Great base to rest in great comfort after a nice hot shower! I can’t speak speak highly enough of Reji and their property. From the get go; communication was flawless, he was ahead of everything I could possibly need to know. The hospitality exceeded my expectations; I needed to drop my dogs off at the property ahead of check in time for an event and my dogs were loved and looked after; given treats, water and blankets which really put my mind at ease. The property was spotless and furnished with everything you could possibly need. The host was responsive and accomodating to all needs. I highly recommend this property and have been telling all my friends and family how impressed I have been with the service!

The house was as described and had a good proximity to house boats. The care taker Elsi is friendly and helpful. she helped us get a shikara for a reasonable price. There is a restaurant nearby with good pearl spot fish fry (karimeen). Anything you need is provided by Elsi. Great holiday place for my family.

Reji was a proactive and honest host. We had a bit of a cleaning issue when we arrived, but he immediately offered to sort it out and even left a gift basket behind to apologise for the inconvenience. Very thoughtful and accommodating!

Reji was very obliging to requests, and always quick to reply to all my many questions. We did have a slight issue with the Check-in process due to a misunderstanding, but after calling Reji, he was at the property in less than 10 minutes and assisted us.

Both bedrooms had double or queen beds, separated by the bathroom. This is a newly built dwelling and everything is in excellent order. We would certainly stay again if we were in the area. We appreciated the cereals and the litre of fresh milk.
